v Ferial Ounadjela-Visser, appellant.

(Index No. 70994/2023)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 1, 2025 (two orders), and September 24, 2025, respectively.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals from the orders dated October 1, 2025, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2025-13596 and the order dated September 24, 2025, are dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from orders entered upon the default of the appealing party (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated October 1, 2025, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2025-13557 is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the default of the appealing party, and on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from an order that is not the result of a motion made on notice (see CPLR 5701), and we decline to grant leave to appeal.

CHAMBERS, J.P., WOOTEN, VENTURA and GOLDBERG VELAZQUEZ, JJ., concur.
