ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 10, 2025 in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered October 22, 2024, is amended by deleting from the second line thereof the date "October 23, 2024" and substituting therefor the date "October 22, 2024."
