Appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court, Jefferson County, entered February 19, 2025, December 11, 2024, October 24, 2024, and from an order of the Court of Claims entered March 20, 2025, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motions insofar as they seek to vacate the dismissal of the appeals is granted on the condition that the appeals are perfected on or before January 12, 2026, and
It is further ORDERED that the motions insofar as they seek other relief is denied.
