It is further ORDERED that the motions insofar as they seek to adjourn oral argument of the appeal under docket number CA 24-01354 is granted, and the appeal under docket number CA 24-01354 is removed from the Court's December 10, 2025 day calendar and added to the calendar of the term of Court commencing February 23, 2025, to be argued together with the appeal under docket number CA 24-02021, and
