Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated April 22, 2025 for a stay of eviction pending the determination of appellant's FHEPS application. Separate motion by appellant to punish respondent and marshal for contempt for violating an interim order contained in an order to show cause of a justice of this court dated May 8, 2025 and to be restored to possession.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
