Motion by appellant for, in effect, summary reversal of an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated May 29, 2025, which denied appellant's motion for restoration, and to stay enforcement of the monetary portion of a final judgment entered December 12, 2023 pending the determination of the appeal from the May 29, 2025 order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
