Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated July 17, 2024, for leave to reargue an order of this court dated March 6, 2025, which denied appellant's motion to be restored to possession and other related relief and for an order declaring the sale of cooperative shares to co-respondent Xue Lin void.
