DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for an extension of time to perfect an appeal from a decision dated January 5, 2024, and from a judgment entered January 31, 2024 of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County. Cross-motion by respondents, 4220 15th Avenue Associates, LLC, Lieb Reichman and Rachel Reichman, to dismiss the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross-motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the cross-motion to dismiss is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted and appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before December 19, 2025; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by December 19, 2025, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal, and may, if appellant is unrepresented, serve such motion upon appellant in person.
No further extensions will be granted.
