DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated October 3, 2024, and October 2, 2024, respectively. Motion by Rachel Ambats for leave to withdraw as counsel for the respondent Robert Battipaglia, and in effect, for the assignment of new counsel, and to extend the time to serve and file a brief. By order on certification of this Court dated February 14, 2025, the following attorney was assigned to respond to the appeals:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and said assigned counsel is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent Robert Battipaglia to respond to the appeals:

ORDERED that assigned counsel shall serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the clerk of the court from which the appeals are taken.
