2025-09876 The People, etc., respondent, v Junior Greene, appellant. (S.C.I. No. 70154/2025, Ind. No. 73135/2023)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 6, 2025.
By order to show cause dated September 26, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that the order dated August 6, 2025, is neither appealable as of right nor by permission (see CPL 450.10, 450.15)
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
BRATHWAITE NELSON, J.P., FORD, LANDICINO and MCCORMACK, JJ., concur.
