Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 24, 2025. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Separate motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a supplemental appendix containing certain material.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental appendix containing certain material and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental appendix is denied as premature.
