2020-04364, 2020-06744 A. A., etc., et al., respondents, v Jennifer Prince, etc., et al., defendants, Pamela Murphy, etc., et al., appellants. (Index No. 56820/2016)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 13, 2020, and July 9, 2020, respectively. By order to show cause dated October 3, 2025, the appellants
Pamela Murphy M.D., Jamie Ferguson, R.N., Matthew Kapklein, M.D., Naveen Kannekanti, M.D., Aalok Singh, M.D., Gretchen Harmon, M.D., Diane McCarthy, R.N., Orange Regional Medical Center, and Children's & Women's Physicians of Westchester, LLP were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing their appeals on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the orders terminated upon entry in the above-entitled action of a judgment of the same court dated May 14, 2025.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals are dismissed (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241), without costs or disbursements.
DUFFY, J.P., CONNOLLY, LOVE and QUIRK, JJ., concur.
