Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 31, 2025, and April 4, 2025, respectively. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order dated April 4, 2025, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the enforcement of so much of the order dated April 4, 2025, as directs the appellant to produce the "Backenroth Report" to the respondents is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
