DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated July 24, 2023. By order to show cause dated June 4, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 24, 2025. Application by the appellants, in effect, to extend the time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 24, 2025.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that motion to dismiss the appeals is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellants' time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 24, 2025, is extended and on or before December 8, 2025, the appellants shall serve and file via NYSCEF, a replacement record and brief that do not contain the stricken material and are in all other respects the same as the brief and record previously filed.
