Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated January 14, 2025, and an order of the same court dated May 13, 2025. Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of the judgment, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal from the order. Motion by the respondents to take judicial notice of certain material on the appeal from the order.
