Appeal by Charles P., and separate appeal by Sophia H. H., from an amended order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 3, 2025. By order to show cause dated May 21, 2025, the appellant Sophia H. H. was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered relieving counsel assigned to the appellant Sophia H. H. and dismissing the appeal by Sophia H. H., in the above-entitled proceeding on the ground that the appellant Sophia H. H. has abandoned the appeal.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed.
