Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 1, 2024. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in a proceeding entitled In the Matter of the Rent Overcharge Complaint of Kathie D. Zhao v 139 Devoe MGMT LLC, pending under DHCR Docket No. MP210066R, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
