2025-13891 In the Matter of Meelah J. (Anonymous). Suffolk County Department of Social Services, petitioner-respondent; Janasia J. (Anonymous), et al., respondents-appellants. (Docket Nos. B-7923-2024, B-7926-2024)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Janasia J. and separate appeal by Ishawn J. from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated October 9, 2025.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in proceedings pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b (see Family Ct Act § 1112; Matter of Sheldon D. G., 6 AD3d 613; see also Matter of Alyssa L. [Deborah K.], 93 AD3d 1083, 1084-1085), and we decline to grant leave to appeal.
IANNACCI, J.P., CHRISTOPHER, LANDICINO and HOM, JJ., concur.
