Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 19, 2023. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to reargue his prior motion for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses, for the assignment of counsel, and to stay enforcement of his child support obligation, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 16, 2024.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
