DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered December 5, 2023. Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, in effect, to be furnished with certain records. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, inter alia, in effect, to be furnished with certain records and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief and no papers having been served in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, in effect, to be furnished with certain records is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before February 2, 2026; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file an original copy of the supplemental brief, by mail, and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
