ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court dated November 3, 2025, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 17, 2025, is amended by deleting from the last sentence of the preamble thereof the word "appellant" and substituting therefor the words "respondent New Cingular Wireless PCS LLC."
