| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Glenn Kurtzrock for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Kurtzrock was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 14, 1999, under the name Glenn Ross Kurtzrock. By opinion and order of this Court dated December 30, 2020, Kurtzrock was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, commencing February 1, 2021 (see Matter of Kurtzrock, 192 AD3d 197).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew in three months.
