Counsel for appellants having moved for permission to withdraw as counsel for Giovanni Serrano on the appeal taken herein from an order of the County Court, Ontario County, entered June 11, 2025, and for an extension of time to perfect the appeal on behalf of Natalia Martinez,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion seeking to withdraw as counsel for Giovanni Serrano is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time to perfect the appeal on behalf of Natalia Martinez is extended to March 3, 2026, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
