Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered February 9, 2022. The appellant was granted waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and the assignment of counsel on February 21, 2025, pursuant to Criminal Procedure Law § 380.55(2), and the following named attorney was assigned to prosecute the appeal:

On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that previously assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment and directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,

and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before January 7, 2026, assigned counsel must advise the Court, in writing, whether (1) he adopts the brief filed by former assigned counsel, (2) he adopts the brief filed by former assigned counsel and will file a supplemental brief, or (3) he will file a replacement brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
