Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 12, 2023. Application by Audrey Leonard, individually and as administrator of the estate of Joseph Paul Leonardo, also known as Joseph P. Leonardo, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Joseph P. Leonardo, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that Audrey Leonard, as administrator of the estate of Joseph Paul Leonardo, also known as Joseph P. Leonardo, is substituted for the deceased appellant Joseph P. Leonardo, and the caption is amended accordingly, and the application is otherwise denied without prejudice to making a motion for any relief deemed appropriate.
