DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 4, 2024. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to proceed on the original papers and to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 11, 2024, in a proceeding entitled In the Matter of Yulia Dawson v Dmitriy Iskhakov, pending under Docket Nos. V-06222-2021, V-00874-2023, and V-08128-2023/2023A, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to proceed on the original papers is denied as academic as the appeal as been perfected; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
