Appeals by Sherise R. from five orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 10, 2024 (two orders), October 8, 2024 (two orders), and April 24, 2025, respectively. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 7, 2025, the branch of the motion by the respondent which was to extend the time to serve and file a brief, and the motion by the attorney for the children Omari R. and Xamora R. to extend the time to serve and file a brief, were held in abeyance and the matter was referred to the Family Court, Queens County, for a reconstruction hearing concerning the proceedings which occurred on November 12, 2024. The Family Court, Queens County, has conducted the reconstruction hearing.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the petitioner-respondent is granted, and on or before December 22, 2025, the respondent shall serve and file the respondent's brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the attorney for the children Omari R. and Xamora R. is granted, on or before December 22, 2025, the attorney for the children Omari R. and Xamora R. shall serve and file a brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extensions of time shall be granted.
