ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated December 5, 2025 in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 3, 2025, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the word "appellant" and substituting therefor the word "Rose G. M."
