Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 23, 2025, and September 16, 2025, respectively. Motion by New York State Office of Cannabis Management for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal from the order dated July 23, 2025, and to calendar the appeals together. Separate motion by New York State Office of Cannabis Management for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal from the order dated September 16, 2025, and to calendar the appeals together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal from the order dated July 23, 2025, is granted and the appeal from the order dated July 23, 2025, will be calendared expeditiously after all briefs have been filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal from the order dated September 16, 2025, is granted and the appeal from the order dated September 16, 2025, will be calendared expeditiously after all briefs have been filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
