ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 21, 2025 in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered April 2, 2025, is amended by deleting from the assigned attorney premble thereof the words "Tracy H. Leon" and substituting therefor the words "Leon H. Tracy."
