Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 6, 2024, and January 28, 2025, respectively. Motion by Raytsin Law Firm PC to extend the time to serve and file a brief on behalf of the respondent. Motion by the appellants to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Raytsin Law Firm PC and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the appellants and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by Raytsin Law Firm PC is granted, and on or before December 26, 2025, Raytsin Law Firm PC shall serve and file the brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the appellants is granted, the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is extended, and on or before January 12, 2026, the appellants shall serve and file the reply brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the reply brief and upload a digital copy of the reply brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
