ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated November 26, 2025, is amended by deleting from the "Applicant Name" entry concerning the above-entitled matter the respondent the People of State of New York and substituting therefor the appellant Ruben D. Avilahuicab.
