Motion by appellant for an extension of time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered June 18, 2024.
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal shall be perfected on or before December 19, 2025; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the even the appeal is not perfected by December 19, 2025, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move, on three days' notice, to dismiss the appeal, and may, if appellant is unrepresented serve such application upon appellant in person.
No further extensions will be granted.
