Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated September 22, 2025, which dismissed an appeal from a decision (improperly characterized in the September 22, 2025 order as an order entered November 20, 2024) of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated November 14, 2024.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

No appeal lies from a decision (see CCA 1702). Appellant may, if they be so advised, cause a judgment to be entered and appeal therefrom.
