Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered February 10, 2025. Renewed motion by the appellant pro se for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth (1) the total amount and source of all counsel fees paid to retained counsel in the County Court and whether such source remains available, and (2) the amount and source of counsel fees paid to retained counsel in the other appeals pending by this appellant in this Court and whether such source remains available.
