Appellant having moved to withdraw the appellate brief for the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Onondaga County Court, rendered November 28, 2022, or, in the alternative, for an order permitting counsel to submit a supplemental brief, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that appellant's and respondent's briefs are deemed withdrawn, and
It is further ORDERED that appellant shall file a new brief on or before February 6, 2026, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal is removed from the Court's day calendar for December 10, 2025, and shall be recalendared at such time as appellant's new brief is filed.
