Counsel for appellant having moved for permission to withdraw as assigned counsel on an appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, rendered February 27, 2020, and for reassignment of counsel,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as counsel seeks to withdraw is granted, and Philip Rothschild, Esq. is relieved of their assignment, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it requests reassignment of counsel is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the appellant perfect the appeal on or before February 6, 2026, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order on the ground that appellant has abandoned the appeal.
