ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 23, 2025 in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated August 24, 2023, is amended by deleting from the last decretal the year "2024" and substituting therefor the year "2025."
