Motion by respondent for an extension of time to file a respondent's brief on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, dated December 6, 2024, and, in effect, to place the appeal on a new Ready Day Calendar.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an extension of time to file the respondent's brief is granted and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed within 30 days of the date of this order; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant, if they be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within seven days of service upon it of respondent's brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that branch of the motion seeking, in effect, to place the appeal on a new Ready Day Calendar is denied.
