Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 7, 2024. Application by Scott Hatch, an attorney in good standing in the State of Utah, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the respondents Sweetwater Secondaries Fund II GP LLC, Sweetwater Secondaries Fund II LP, and Sweetwater Management Investment, LLC on the appeal. Motion by the respondents ServiceChannel Holdings, Inc., ServiceChannel.Com Inc., Bayard Capital Technologies GP LLC, Bayard Capital Technologies LP, Accel Management Co. Inc., Accel Growth Fund IV LP, Accel Growth Fund IV Associates LLC, Accel Growth Fund IV Strategic Partners LP, Accel Growth Fund Investors 2016 LLC, Tom Buiocchi, Cameron O'Reilly, Dan Leff, Brent Pearson, Arun Mathew, and Richard Wong to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Motion by the respondents Sweetwater Secondaries Fund II GP LLC, Sweetwater Secondaries Fund II LP, and Sweetwater Management Investment, LLC to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
