ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 30, 2025, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated May 24, 2023 , is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the name "John A. Duggan" and substituting therefor the name "Village of Nelsonville Zoning Board of Appeals ."
