Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated September 11, 2024. Pursuant to a scheduling order of this Court dated August 13, 2025, the appellant was required to perfect the appeal by September 10, 2025. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
