Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 10, 2021. Motion by the respondents Vincent Longobardi and Eddie Doran to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Motion by the respondent Earl R. Davis to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
