Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 9, 2025. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Application by Steven I. Adler, an attorney in good standing in the State of New Jersey, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellants on the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted.
