| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
2025-12476
Albert O'Hayon, respondent,
v Oren Sendowski, appellant.
(Index No. 4818/2019)
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated January 5, 2024, and October 3, 2025, respectively. Motion by the respondent, inter alia, in effect, to dismiss the appeal from the order dated January 5, 2024, on the ground that the right of direct appeal from that order terminated upon the entry in the above-entitled action of a purported judgment dated February 21, 2025 (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
CHAMBERS, J.P., VOUTSINAS, LANDICINO and LOVE, JJ., concur.
