On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated May 28, 2025, and August 8, 2025, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 2, 2024, are amended by deleting from the first sentences of the preambles thereof the date "December 11, 2023," and substituting therefor the date "January 2, 2024."
