Motion by appellant to continue a stay of execution of the incarcerative portion of the sentence, which was granted by the Supreme Court, Nassau County on May 19, 2023, on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered May 17, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the stay of execution of the incarcerative portion of the sentence shall terminate and be of no further effect 120 days from the date of this decision and order unless this court shall have extended this decision and order.
