Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Philip Rothschild, Esq., of the Hiscock Legal Aid Society, is relieved of their assignment, and
It is further ORDERED that the appellant perfect the appeal on or before February 27, 2026, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
