Appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated December 8, 2023, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue his prior motions which were determined by decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated December 6, 2024, and February 28, 2025, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
