Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 5, 2024, and a judgment of the same court, dated October 1, 2024. The appeal from the judgment was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellants to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the right of direct appeal from the order terminated upon entry in the above-entitled action of the judgment (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order is denied as academic.
